MCCE was originated on November 1, 2000.There were 23 original employees who signed the charter to get us up and running. Theresa Grant was one of those 23 people along with Roxane Stearns, Lidia Carrillo and many others. The union was initiated to assist the classified employees in bargaining better salary and health & welfare & implement better working conditions. The E-Council has had very successful years in the past and would like to thank everyone for our continued success. The union is run by volunteers who dedicate a lot of their personal time to improving employment at Menifee Union School District. We encourage everyone to get involved and stand up for what you believe is right.
